1. It is required that after the raw material (high-speed wire rod) is completed and the cooling control is completed, the metallographic structure is mainly soxenite (volume fraction 85%), and the rest must be pearlite.

2. In order to ensure the corrosion resistance of galvanized galvanized steel wire rope, the most commonly used protection method for rope making wire is galvanized and electroplated.

3. Reasonable selection of pass compression ratio, under the premise of satisfying production efficiency, adopt multi-pass small compression rate process.

4. Ensure sufficient cooling and lubrication to prevent surface scratches and plasticity drop caused by too high temperature rise during drawing.

5. Control the pay-off tension of each strand in the wire and rope to make the residual stress reasonably distributed.

6. Minimize or control the friction of steel wires and rope strands when walking in the twisting equipment, so as to control the tension and ensure their surface quality.
